Be part of the magic and excitement this festive season! When you book your visit to see Santa on November 16th, you’ll automatically be entered into our exclusive prize draw for a once-in-a-lifetime helicopter ride for four.
The helicopter ride will take place on the 16th, right after Santa lands. Winners need to be on site and ready to go by 10:10 AM. We’ll also remind them of this and confirm their availability when they win the prize.

Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The competition is organised by Cotswold Reindeer Herd, located at The Cotswold Reindeer Herd, Henley Cottage, Ampney Crucis, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, GL7 5RS.
Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of Cotswold Reindeer Herd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
To enter, participants must book a visit with Santa on November 16th, 2024.
Only one entry per booking is allowed.
Entries that do not meet the entry requirements will be disqualified.
Competition Period:
The competition begins on 1st October 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on 13th November 2024.
Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a helicopter ride for up to four (4) people.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on 14th November 2024, and the winner will be notified via email within 24 hours.
Claiming the Prize:
The winner must claim the prize on the 16th November as part of their booked experience with us.
If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be selected at random.
Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to allow Cotswold Reindeer Herd to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes in relation to the competition.
Liability:
The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of the competition or use of the prize, except where required by law.
Participants enter the competition at their own risk.
Amendments:
Cotswold Reindeer Herd reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary.
Data Protection:
Personal data will be used in accordance with Cotswold Reindeer Herd’s privacy policy and will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition.
Governing Law:
The competition is governed by the laws of the England, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
