Covid 19 and other infectious diseases, when in force, as notified by government.
We will refund your booking on confirmation via a doctor’s letter that you became positive for Covid 19 or were exposed shortly before the time of your booked visit.
Please check this page immediately before your visit for the latest updates on our changes to meet the Covid 19 Regulations.
Please do not attend if you have Covid 19 symptoms.
Avoid queuing where possible, and maintain social distancing if you have to wait.
Respect our one way systems.
We cannot accept groups of more than 6 unless they arrive and remain in separate “bubbles” of 6.
We still intend to accept walk- in visitors, but booking for visits to see the reindeer is advised , because we have a maximum number of guests allowed on site and if that number is reached we will have to turn away those who have not made a booking. People who have pre-booked will of course go to the front of any queue.
On entry we will have our “Q” code displayed in several places and would ask the lead member of any group to scan that (by simply switching on the camera and pointing at the code picture- your phone will do the rest).
For those unable to scan, the lead member will be asked to fill in one of our contact slips. Please use the sanitised pen from the “clean box” and put in the “dirty box” with your slip after leaving your contact details.
Please follow the signage for one way systems around certain of our attractions and where the routes are narrow.
Please regularly use the several sanitisation stations.
Please sanitise before and after your visit to see our reindeer at the stations provided.
Please also sanitise before and after using our toilet.
Our toilets and attractions are cleaned regularly, but if you find or leave it in a condition that requires cleaning please inform a member of staff.
Our staff will be wearing PPE, but please wear masks in all areas where you are likely to come within 2m of people from outside your “bubble” and in all indoor areas.
Please note. We do have CCTV everywhere, so if any visitors choose to ignore the regulations for no good reason, we will sadly have to ask them to leave, and forward the evidence to the authorities.
The guidance stated above will be changed in accordance with changing government guidance as soon as reasonably possible.
